House’s McHenry accused U.S. SEC chief Gensler of misleading statements about Ethereum (ETH).

The classification of (ETH), the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, is a major issue regarding U.S. oversight of digital assets and is being fought on several legal fronts. If ETH is a security that must be registered and regulated by the SEC, many other tokens may also fit that definition.
