How to get bitcoin out of mycelium

I want to leave my psyllium. I’ve never heard of anything other than Jurassic. I want to use a new wallet. I don’t know which wallet to use, but I have about $48 in Bitcoin. I know it’s not a lot, but I have $48 to spend every time I send and receive, and they say I can only spend $4, so I just want to get it out of there, but I don’t understand why the fee is so high. .
