How to implement Lightning payments without installing a daemon or running a Bitcoin node?

I’ve been trying to find the rest of the API for Lightning payments, but haven’t found anything yet. All documentation instructs to install things like lnd,electrum,c-lightning. Can I use Lightning payment without separate installation?
