IBM App Connect: The sustainability tool you didn’t know you needed

- Asset Data and ESG: From Maximo to Envizi: Corporate sustainability managers can collect and maintain accurate sustainability data for their asset portfolio directly from Maximo, where those assets are managed. Maximo’s location data serves as the basis for all of Envizi’s other sustainability reports. Continuously updating meter reading data captured by Maximo (electricity, gas, water) enables accurate GHG accounting and performance reporting in Envizi.
- Facility Data and ESG: From TRIRIGA to Envizi: Corporate sustainability managers can collect and maintain accurate sustainability data for their entire global real estate portfolio directly from the TAS where those facilities are managed. Location data from TAS is used as the basis for all other sustainability reports at Envizi. Space classification, floor space and occupancy data allow sustainability managers to normalize data (by square meters or staff) to identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact through meaningful comparisons between buildings across the entire portfolio.
- IT Data and ESG: Made Simple with Envizi: Sustainability managers can check and compare energy usage across all data centers within Envizi. Understand energy efficiency between data centers based on number of active hosts, number of VMs. By understanding the density of VMs on hosts in each data center, you can identify opportunities to optimize efficiency.
