Is the web3-ard platform legit or a scam as a trading platform?

I am using the platform introduced to me and trading there through defi wallet. They offered me an overdraft and are now asking me to repay it within a short period of time and I cannot withdraw USDT. Is it legal? You can trade, but you can’t withdraw money because you usually have to deal with customer service for recharge addresses and withdrawals. Thank you for your help. thank you
