The best performers of the session were Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE:), which rose 3.87% or 142.00 points to trade at 3,807.00. meantime, Amot investment Ltd (TASE:) rose 2.67% or 52.00 points to close at 2,000.00 and Newmed Energy LP (TASE:) rose 2.16% or 22.00 points to close at 1,040.00.
The worst performers of the session were Sapiens International Corporation NV (TASE:), which fell 1.22% or 130.00 points to trade at 10,530.00. CAMTECH Ltd (TASE:) closed down 0.98% or 250.00 points at 25,190.00. Delek Group (TASE:) fell 0.75% or 350.00 points to 46,450.00.
On the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones by 325 at 162, with 51 ending unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery fell 0.61% ($0.44) to $71.33 per barrel. In other commodities trading, Brent crude for March delivery fell 0.10%, or 0.08%, to trade at $77.07 a barrel, while the February gold futures contract fell 0.56%, or 11.70%, to $2,071.80 an ounce.
USD/ILS fell 0.31% to 3.61, while EUR/ILS fell 0.50% to 3.98.
U.S. dollar index futures were up 0.15% at 101.06.
