Issues related to forgetting your Bitcoin Core wallet password

I had some balance in my Bitcoin Core wallet for the past few years, but after 5 years, I forgot the transfer password and only the backup file (.dat) remains. Is there a solution to transfer the balance and return the password using a backup file?
