Kraken Pro Interface Off Contest – Official Rules

By participating in the Contest, you agree to these Official Rules and KRAKEN.COM Terms of Service, each of which constitutes an agreement. Please read carefully before entering. 1. Kraken

The Kraken Pro Interface-Off Contest (“Contest”) is operated by Payward, Inc., a Delaware corporation, registration number 5017249, registered address 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958 (“Kraken”).

2. Contest Eligibility

Subject to these Rules, you may participate in the Contest if, at the time of entry and during the Contest Period (as defined below):

3. Contest Period

The “Contest Period” begins at 12:00 PM UTC on November 15, 2024 and ends at 12:00 PM UTC on November 29, 2024.

4. How to Participate

To enter this contest you will need:

1. Follow @krakenfx and @krakenpro on X to receive announcements and information about contests.
2. We are reposting the contest announcement post.
3. Create custom layouts for your Kraken Pro trading interface.
4. Save your custom layout and give it a name.
5. Take or record a screenshot of your custom layout.
6. Write a brief description (up to 280 characters) explaining (i) why you like the customer layout, (ii) when you use it, and (iii) how it improves your trading experience.
7. Submit your entry by tagging the @KrakenPro account and using the hashtag #interfaceoff. and
8. Follow any additional instructions provided as part of the contest, including successfully creating, activating and verifying your Kraken account, completing the Kraken payment request form, and providing the appropriate tax forms. This may be required to claim and receive prizes. .

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify your submission if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have (A) violated these Rules, including the Kraken.com Terms of Service, or (B) violated any applicable law. 6. Winner Determination and Notification

Each submission will be judged at Kraken’s sole discretion to determine the winning submission based on depth of insight, originality, and clarity/consistency (equal weighting) of insight as it relates to Kraken Pro Traders. Depth of Insight involves assessing how thoroughly participants understand and use Kraken Pro, with a focus on their ability to provide detailed and meaningful insights. Originality includes the ability to provide a unique perspective or innovative layout that has not often been mentioned or considered before. Relevance to Kraken Pro traders includes the degree to which the layout relates specifically to the needs and expectations of Kraken Pro advanced traders. Clarity and consistency involve assessing the participant’s ability to communicate the rationale for the layout in an organized manner that is clear, concise, and easily understood.

Three (3) winners will be notified via direct message from the official Kraken @krakenpro X account to the X handle whose submission was identified as the winner. Each winner must provide sufficient information (including their public account ID) to identify their Kraken account in order to deliver the awarded prize. If the winner does not have a Kraken account, the winner must successfully create, activate and verify a Kraken account. Recipient of the Prize acknowledges and agrees that he or she may be required to submit additional documentation, including applicable tax forms, such as Form W-9 Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification Request, in order to receive the Prize. Once the winner’s Kraken account, eligibility and compliance with these Rules are confirmed, the prize will be credited to the winner’s Kraken account. It may take up to 20 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

There will be three winners in the contest and the following prizes will be awarded:

• One winner will receive a first prize of 500 USDC.

8. Consent and Approval

By entering the Contest, you agree that all content and other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Contest may be used by Kraken, including its affiliated businesses. You also agree and agree to receive all communications from Kraken, including marketing communications. 10. Limitation of Liability, Disputes and Governing Law

By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold Kraken and any Contest-related parties harmless from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, “Claims”).
