Lightning Network – After reinstalling a full node (retaining btc and lnc data directories) previously ACTIVE ln channels remain inactive.

I reset my node and reinstalled all software including lnd and Thunderhub. Now my Bitcoin is running fine, and so is LND. Thunderhub is also good. A previously created channel is not active. The lnd command shows it as not enabled. In Thunderhub (lnd UI), I see a “red dot” for a “channel” with no change even after waiting for 3 days. What steps do I need to take to reactivate it?
