Lotte Group uses Aptos mainnet to expand its Web3 business globally
Daehong Communications is a marketing and advertising company. Lotte Group Umbrella has partnered with Aptos Labs. This collaboration aims to announce the beginning of the global expansion of Lotte Group’s ambitious Web3 business by utilizing Aptos Mainnet, a global blockchain infrastructure.
Aptos Labs, co-founded by Mo Shaikh and Avery Ching, has raised significant investment of over $400 million from renowned investors such as a16z, Jump Crypto, and PayPal Ventures, demonstrating innovation and utility in the blockchain space. With a current market capitalization of $3.7 billion, Aptos Labs represents a powerful force in the blockchain ecosystem and is poised to drive transformational change in the digital landscape.
This partnership emphasizes Daehong’s pivotal role as the core of Lotte Group’s blockchain efforts and promotes business ventures by promoting active collaboration with various organizations, including subsidiaries within large corporations.
Daehong Group is at the forefront of Lotte Group’s Web3 strategy, leading initiatives across various fields including loyalty programs, PFP projects, and entertainment. In particular, Daehong laid the foundation for future innovation projects by securing NFT use cases from Lotte Group affiliates, such as the Belly Gom Project, KFA Baekho Eleven, and professional golfer Choi Hye-jin.
Going forward, Daehong will launch a range of Web3 initiatives, including loyalty programs aimed at fostering brand loyalty, a pioneering payment service that connects physical and virtual assets in sports and entertainment, and plans to eradicate counterfeit tickets while maintaining the authenticity of collectibles. Plan the project environment. Through these initiatives, Daehong aims to strengthen its partnership with Aptos and strengthen the infrastructure and roadmap of the Web3.0 project.
Following the partnership with Aptos Labs, Daehong plans to increase the value of the project by expanding the global market, starting with ecosystem collaboration between the Veligom project and the Baeho Eleven project.
An important aspect of this collaboration is the integration of NFTs from the BellyGom project into the Aptos mainnet, allowing users to receive rewards for prizes earned within the project roadmap on the Aptos mainnet. User participation rewards are distributed through a service called GEM.SWAP, developed in collaboration with Zeitgeist. This move will not only improve user engagement but also streamline token exchange within the ecosystem, promoting seamless interactions within the Web3 framework.
In addition, Baekho Eleven, Daehong’s official loyalty program of the Korea Football Association, will also be serviced smoothly on the Aptos platform, enhancing accessibility and functionality. Daehong also announced plans to release numerous Lotte Group blockchain projects based on the Aptos mainnet in the near future.
