Miner Configuration – How to remotely configure Antminer S19 Pro+ hashrate or ideally power limit (watts)

I’m helping a friend set up his Antminer S19 Pro+ miner, and due to fluctuating power availability he needs to remotely control the hash rate, or ideally the power usage (in watts).

Can I remotely control the hash rate or power limit of my S19 Pro+ using stock firmware?

I looked around but couldn’t find any official documentation on how to do this. There is commercial firmware that charges a full commission that appears to adjust power usage by controlling the hash rate in a feedback loop. However, this seems like a default configuration setting that should be modifiable via an API or low-level interface.

I am a professional programmer and can interface with any socket, websocket or API that Antminer exposes. Even if it means reverse engineering the web interface.
