Mixing – Are there any potential problems with swirling through sparrows?

Use the vortex over the sparrow. Mix and refrigerate. It consists of n minimal mixes. Their documentation shows that each mix that qualifies above the n minimum has a 75% chance of being sent to the mix destination location, with the remaining time being remixed to thwart pattern analysis. Although it makes sense conceptually, for the expected 3:1 ratio, a surprising amount of the mixture did not end up in refrigeration. Is it just bad luck, or is there another potential cause? So what is the problem and how to solve it? If not, it might be helpful to confirm that it’s just a coincidence.
