My transaction has not been confirmed for 2 and a half months.

I was using my bitcoin wallet with cashapp to win winnings at wild.io, an online casino (big mistake). Everything was going well for about 2 months when suddenly Cashapp refused my deposit and said it had to be sent back to my original wallet and, not knowing any better, I clicked start reversal. Cashapp sent a reversal 2 and a half months ago with a fee amount of 0.70 cents to a casino wallet where RBF and CPFP are not accepted and I have not yet received the money back to the casino wallet. How do I get this money? It’s $440 and I got laid off in the winter. I really think I could use this money.
