Payment – Bitcoin debit card without phone number

Where can I sign up for a Bitcoin debit card without a mobile phone?

There are many “Bitcoin debit card” providers. In other words, it is a service that issues debit cards such as existing Visa/Mastercard that allow you to pay for purchases with fiat currency, but the card balance is automatically converted from the cryptocurrency balance. It is stored in a managed wallet.

A “Bitcoin debit card” differs from a gift card in that the balance is held in your account. Under A debit card, not the card itself. This is important because otherwise you could end up with numerous cards with low balances. It’s important to my business that I can pay my bills with a single card, and when that card expires I can simply use the balance to replace it.

Unfortunately, I can’t find a provider that doesn’t require a phone to connect to your account.

For security reasons, I do not use insecure devices such as cell phones with high-risk accounts such as financial services. That’s why it’s important to find a financial service or app that doesn’t require your phone number to connect to your account (I shudder at the thought of implementing 2FA via SMS).

Coinsbank requires a phone number. Wirex requires a phone number. Cryptopay requires an app (which gives you access to your phone account). Unbanked (Ternio) is dead.
