Peer Discovery – How to get the IP address of a mining pool node?

I’ve set up a node for mining, but I’d like to connect to the nodes of some large mining pools to maintain network stability and get the latest jobs quickly. Does anyone know how to get the IP addresses of the nodes for these large mining pools?
