Hamburg, Germany, April 29, 2024: The conversion of the Public Meme Token (PMT) to the Public Masterpiece Token (PMT) marks a significant development in the digital asset space, heralding a new era for this innovative platform. This transformation was revealed at a high-profile exhibition held at the 25 Hour Gallery in Hamburg, Germany, attended by 150 VIP guests, including sports and cultural figures.

Hosted by PMT founder Kamran Arki, a former developer and IT professional, the event showcased the project’s evolution from a meme-based concept to a sophisticated art token plan. Notable attendees included Bernd Wehmeier, vice-president of German football club HSV; former boxing world champion Tyron Zeuge; former basketball star and TV personality Andrej Mangold; Tour de France champion Jan Ullrich.

At the assembly, Kamran Arki highlighted the project’s journey: “We first started with meme tokens to recognize the important role memes play in digital culture. But our projects have always been more ambitious, involving utilities, securities, and innovative collaborations beyond typical meme token ventures. We were waiting for the right time to evolve.”

He explained more about the new direction of the project. “As a public masterpiece, we aim to revolutionize the art industry and create an ecosystem filled with unique Real World Asset (RWA) drops. This includes tokenizing a variety of works of art, from collectibles and vintage cars to unique real estate and limited edition luxury watches. Our goal is to embrace and expand all forms of artistic expression.”

This turning point marks the culmination of six years of research and development since the project began in January 2024. PMT teamed up with Rocketbyz, an artist known for his work, and achieved significant success by quickly selling 250 unique RWAs within 48 hours. We work with famous brands and celebrities preferred by celebrities like Chris Brown and Jason Derulo.

The Hamburg event also revealed the upcoming RWA drop, featuring a collaboration between renowned Brazilian artist Romulo Kuranyi and German cycling legend Jan Ullrich. This new work aims to encapsulate Ullrich’s outstanding cycling career and is expected to attract significant interest from the global art community, with plans to release 250 numbered and signed pieces.
