Questions about nextblockhash in Bitcoin block structure

In the book “Mastering Bitcoin”, 3rd edition, page 46, there is a nextblockhash element in the block struct after executing the getblock command, anyone can explain it and explain how to use it. When constructing a block, we know that these elements are not known in advance. thank you.
