Raspberry Pi – Fully synced Bitcoin ​​0.18.1 on RPI4 using 100% CPU (only 1 core). Is this normal?

I started using bitcoind 0.18.1 on RPI4 and even after fully synchronizing it still uses 100% CPU so I can see one full core being used.

Is this normal/expected?

Could it be mine? dbcache=100 Will you be doing a lot of IO while passing data to other peers? To be fair, I don’t see any IO at all.
