Regeneron was accused of reporting ‘fraudulent’ drug prices for its eye medication Eylea.

The Justice Department on Wednesday accused pharmaceutical company Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. of fraud related to the pricing of its blockbuster vision-impairment drug Eylea, boosting sales in the process.
