Investing.com – Saudi Arabian stocks rose after the close on Sunday.
In Saudi Arabia, it rose 0.30% and broke a 52-week high.
The top performer of the session was National Metal Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:), which was trading up 9.97% or 1.80 points at 19.86 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabian Mining Company (TADAWUL:) added 9.97%, or 4.40 points, to close at 48.55. asbestos Co. (TADAWUL:) rose 9.85% or 5.40 points to 60.20 in late trading.
The worst performer of the session was Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (TADAWUL:), down 4.34% or 2.80 points to trade at 61.70. East Pipe Consolidation Company for Industry (TADAWUL:) closed at 81.50, down 1.69% or 1.40 points. City Cement Co., Ltd. (TADAWUL:) fell 1.43% or 0.30 points to 20.74.
On the Saudi Arabian Stock Exchange, rising stocks outnumbered declining stocks by 201 to 75, and 25 weeks ended unchanged.
Shares of Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (TADAWUL:) rose to a 52-week high. It rose by 9.85%, or from 5.40 to 60.20.
Crude oil for February delivery fell 0.61% ($0.44) to $71.33 per barrel. In other commodities trading, Brent crude for March delivery fell 0.10%, or 0.08%, to trade at $77.07 a barrel, while the February gold futures contract fell 0.56%, or 11.70%, to $2,071.80 an ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.25% at 4.14, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.00% at 3.75.
U.S. dollar index futures were up 0.15% at 101.06.
