SEC commits ‘gross abuse of power’ in lawsuit against cryptocurrency company under federal judge rules

In Monday’s order, Chief Judge Robert Shelby of the District of Utah wrote that the SEC’s lawyers misled the court not only when applying for a temporary restraining order, but also when DEBT Box subsequently applied to have the order terminated. The order focuses on TRO questions, not base cases.
