Security – Can I lose my balance due to a pending HTLC?

I just discovered that 2 million sats were missing from my Thunderhub balance. No payment or transaction was made. Can a pending HTLC affect my balance? If not, what else could throw me off balance like that? My LND node has been running continuously for over 4 months and I have yet to see a drop like this happen again. (Usually you see some variation.) It looks like about 7 htlcs are pending. thank you I’m still very new to this and would appreciate any help. If it keeps dropping, I get a little anxious because I don’t want to close all my channels.
