Seed recovery in paper wallets

A friend of mine found a file that appeared to be a Bitcoin paper wallet backup, but it contained some pretty strange seed encoding that I’d never encountered before. It is as follows:

  • A field called “Key” – a short string (11 characters) containing letters and numbers.
  • 90 6-digit numbers

Does anyone know how to decrypt these types of paper wallets?
