Waaree Renewables Technologies Limited’s quarterly results show that the company’s consolidated operating revenue grew 11.15% YOY at Rs. 324.19 billion in Q3 2024 to 360.35 billion in Q3 2025, down 30.27% QoQ from Rs. 5244.7 billion in Q2 FY25.
Additionally, the company’s EBITDA declined by 18.1% from Rs. 87.81 crore in the third quarter of FY24 to Rs. $71.92 billion in the third quarter of fiscal 2025. PAT margin also declined from 19.81% in Q3 FY24 to 14.84% in Q3 FY25.
In the third quarter of FY25, Waaree Renewables Technologies Limited’s consolidated net profit decreased by 16.74% year-on-year, reaching Rs. 53.48 crore compared to Rs. In the same period last year, it was 6.423 billion won. Net profit in the second quarter also recorded 5 billion won, a slight decrease compared to the second quarter of 2025. 53.52 crore.
Basic earnings per share decreased by 20.23% to Rs 5.14 compared to Rs 60.18 recorded in the same quarter of 2024.

Waaree Renewables Technologies Limited has decided to pay interim dividend at the rate of 50% on the face value of paid-up shares of Rs. 2 each in the financial year 2024-25, which is a dividend of Re. 1 per stake. The dividend record date is January 25, 2024.
