Domestic stocks showed a strong recovery on Thursday. Nifty hit a new all-time high on the back of improving domestic macro indicators and positive global signals. In today’s trading, shares of Eureka Forbes, Vodafone Idea were traded.

Eureka Forbes Ltd promoter Advent International on Thursday sold 10 per cent stake in the company for Rs 979 crore through the open market.

The company’s board of directors has approved raising Rs 350 crore by issuing equity shares, convertible preference shares and/or debentures/non-convertible debt instruments.
