Technology investor Jason Palmer had no plans to launch a White House bid until he decided he had no choice.
“I kept waiting for someone with a business background to join the race. When that wasn’t the case, I decided to run with a strong business background,” said Palmer, a former deputy director of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
