Since 2017, The Edge Singapore Billion Dollar Club (Sponsored by local economic newspaper) The Edge Singapore) has become “one of the most prestigious events” in the region focused on “recognizing and celebrating excellence” among listed companies. I know that these types of award ceremonies are often paid, sponsored corporate promotional events, and although it may not seem like it has much meaning, this event seems a little different. This annual awards ceremony Recognition of Singapore-listed companies (some winners are headquartered in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, etc., or operate regionally or globally but are listed on the Singapore Exchange) They performed better than their peers in their industry.
