Time Lock… Bad Transaction – Bitcoin Stack Exchange

Playing around with time-locked transactions, I spent some money for testing and it was approved by the network. However, my transaction was not confirmed. Tried another transaction that increases the mining fee, but the transaction ID is still not verified here, in case some Bitcoin whore wants to educate noobs. Thank you in advance
