To back up my Ecash tokens, I simply need to back up ~/.cashu/wallet/wallet.sqlite3 in my wallet?

When I checked with sqlite, wallet.sqlite3 I have a table like this: balance dbversions keysets proofs seed balance_used invoices nostr proofs_used. As a wallet holder, do I need to back up my files? Or simply put, is the mnemonic phrase sufficient to back up my Ecash tokens?

PS: The question is about ecash, CASHU protocol and Chaumian mint, not scamcoins.
