Toncoin ($TON) has become the 21st cryptocurrency accepted for deposits at Lucky Block, an innovative Web3 Telegram casino that can also be played through the premium user interface website.

Toncoin prices have risen significantly this year, rising 182% in the past three months alone. According to cryptocurrency data site Coinmarketcap, the token has become the ninth most valuable cryptocurrency and is currently priced at $6.27.

It was originally controlled directly by the Telegram messaging app team as its native token, but its governance has since changed due to regulatory issues with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This coin is currently operated by the TON Foundation, but is still the default coin for the Telegram platform.

$TON will likely be a popular token added to the lineup of tokens available on the Lucky Block platform as the coin continues to rise in value.

Co-founders Pavel Durov and his brother Nikolai checked the size of the baby mushrooms. Just this week, Pavel said he expects the app to reach 1 billion users this year. Adding to the hype, there is now talk of an initial public offering of shares of the unlisted company, which could help boost the coin’s performance.

There are over 14,000 $TON holders on decentralized exchanges, but the majority of holders are thought to be on centralized exchanges.

TON is going strong, and so is Lucky Block.

According to the TON Foundation, $TON usage on the Telegram app is growing rapidly, as shown by on-chain data. This follows the introduction of Toncoin payments for advertising and a new rewards program called Open League.

Lucky Block is now one of the first licensed casinos to offer its services to the Telegram app, which is more than just a messaging service. For example, Telegram plans to introduce rails for program execution to expand the bot functionality utilized by iGaming platforms such as Lucky Block.

As the number of Toncoin users increases, the pool of Lucky Block players and potential players who will become $TON holders will expand.

The Telegram app makes it very easy to get up and running with Lucky Block Casino, but as mentioned earlier, there is also a website version available at https://www.luckyblock.com/.
