Trading – Cryptocurrency Scams and Damage Scams

I encountered cryptocurrency scams and damage scams. And I know the scammer’s multi-billion dollar address. If I don’t have money to create a private key or unlock a scammer, who can I ask for? I reported it to the enforcement agency, but no action was taken.
