transaction – How to respond in case of transfer fraud by mempool

Currently, your transaction is of very low priority, so if you request a transfer of the same value to allow a block increment to occur in the Mempool, your transfer will arrive immediately. Otherwise, you won’t know how long it will take to complete the process.
