Transactions – Is it normal to see 22000 transactions in a Bitcoin testnet block?

So on my local system I ran into a problem where when I hit the getblock RPC method on the public node I got about 22000 transactions for block number 2813986. But when I check blockstream.info/testnet I’m not sure which of the 300 transactions is correct? Any help is greatly appreciated.
