Transactions – List implementation for Bitcoin inscriptions

I knew there was a market for inscriptions like Gamma. I would like to know how it is possible to implement the listing so that someone can list their inscription on a specific date, but someone else can purchase it later. As far as I know, to transfer an inscription, the seller must subscribe to the transaction, which contains the address information of the sender and recipient. But at the moment you want to sell the inscription, you cannot create and sign the transaction because you do not know the address of the buyer (recipient). How is that possible? For example, what steps do you need to take to transfer someone’s inscription to another account (e.g. Marketplace)? thank you.
