U.S. to appeal Do Kwon’s extradition to Korea

After the fall of Terra in mid-2022, the eyes of world authorities, including Interpol, were focused on Mr. Kwon. Terra’s downfall resulted in the loss of billions of dollars of investor funds, and Kwon fled to Montenegro, where he was arrested on charges of possession of forged official documents. A Montenegrin court is deciding the destination of his extradition.
