USDC, EURC Stablecoins issuer Circle has secured conditional DASP registration from AMF.

Lifting conditions related to registration and starting operations in France will require an electronic money institution license, for which the company has already applied, the company said on Thursday. Circle’s dollar-pegged USDC is the second-largest stablecoin by market capitalization, behind Tether’s USDT. It also issues EURC, a euro-pegged coin.
