Very slow sync using bitcoin core on mac mini m1

I’m using an M1 Mac Mini, 8GB of memory, 256GB internal SSD, 2TB Toshiba SSD (where the blocks are stored). Google Fiber Internet.

It’s been syncing for 2 weeks and it’s at 60%. It seems incredibly slow. I’m using Bitcoin Core.

Suggestions for improving sync time.
