Wallet – Cryptocurrency trading/exchange platform that charges me annual taxes

I’m still new to cryptocurrency, but I’m trading on this site called trust-bit.net. I wanted to withdraw 100K to my Trust Wallet and eventually to my bank account. They said they would have to collect taxes of between 0.5 and 1% per year, and that I would have to pay $11,804 based on my balance before receiving the requested amount. Okay, if I subtract that amount from the amount I requested, they say I can’t do that and I have to pay with my own money. I know there are fees and taxes, but this sounds like a scam or scam trying to trick me into giving them my money. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
