What we know about large-scale ledger hacks

It is not yet known how many decentralized apps (dapps) were affected or how much money was lost. Anecdotal reports on social media suggest these attacks are widespread. Blockchain security company Blockaid revealed that a unique “supply chain attack” on Ledger’s Connect Kit deployed across the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem resulted in the loss of more than $150,000 in cryptocurrency.
