Why haven’t I received a withdrawal confirmation email?

I tried several times but it shows the same message that btc was returned to my freebitco.in account because I didn’t click the link within 1 hour. How can I click it since I didn’t receive the confirmation email? :(… Please help me to withdraw. Thanks.
