Wingbits’ innovative approach will break the existing reliance on radar systems for tracking air traffic. Instead, automatic dependent surveillance broadcast (ADS-B) The data includes airplanes broadcasting important information such as their identifier, current location, and altitude. This modern alternative to radar systems is gaining attention within the aviation industry due to its accuracy and efficiency in flight tracking.

One of the key drivers for the adoption of ADS-B data is that the aviation industry is increasingly scrutinizing its carbon emissions. As environmental issues become paramount, accurate tracking of flights becomes paramount, making ADS-B data a valuable asset.
