What is Cosmos engraving?

Cosmos inscriptions are a type of NFT issued on the Cosmos blockchain network. Inscriptions are essentially individual JPEG images that are permanently recorded on the Cosmos blockchain. This concept is deeply related to the Cosmos Hub’s Ordinals protocol, but extends to the Cosmos ecosystem as well. They can be minted and traded within a community depending on their scarcity and desirability, and can potentially hold significant value. These inscriptions are unique and collectible, similar to how NFTs work on other blockchains like Ethereum.

Also define the maximum supply of your token and then set the maximum amount that can be minted at one time. Upload your JPEG and click “Create Token”. You must pay transaction fees in $ATOM.

  6. View CFT-20 tokens

Go to “CFT-20 Tokens” and “Browse” to find the token using the ticker you assigned. Then click “Mint”. The number of times you can mint is determined by the amount of ATOM in your wallet, and you must click “Mint” each time to mint one token. Epitaph has not yet begun trading.
