Listing Types of B-Stock
There are two types of listings: spot or contract. Let’s analyze:
Spot list
Spot listings are in stock Available now Without long-term commitment. This is the most common listing type available to all buyers from all sellers.

Contract list is in stock Possible in the future. This subscription model ensures a steady flow of inventory for your business. Contract terms and quantities may vary.

Buy formats from B-Stock
There are three ways to purchase from B-Stock: Here’s how each purchase format works and when to use it.

You win by bidding for a set period of time and being the highest bidder when the listing closes. Ideal for buyers looking to maximize margins.

Depending on your business goals, you may want to consider one purchasing format over another. The analysis is as follows:

B-Share Payment Methods
Most payments are due by: 2 business days You of the list end date payment due date Please send us an email with a link to pay for your order.
Accepted payment methods
There are 4 payment methods: Detailed instructions can be found on your website. Order details page. (Account > Order > Order Number)
- ACH over Stripe: Connect your bank account through Stripe to pay for online orders. (We pay the fees!)
- Wire transfer: Prefer to work offline? Send your payment via bank transfer. Fees may apply depending on the financial institution.
- Net terms: Get credit and pay for your order for 30 days. Approval is required. Find out how to apply for the B-Stock Net Term Program here.
- B-Stock Credit: Only certain orders can be paid with accumulated B-Stock credits. Check your balance below. Account > Payment Method > B-Stock Balance.
You can add a new payment method to your buyer profile by going to: Account > Payment Method.

Payment due dates for contract orders are generally 1 business day. your Contract details page To ensure that you understand the payment terms of each agreement.
Note: Contract costs are divided depending on how many orders (e.g. deliveries) are allocated over the entire contract term.

Getting Started: How to Search a List
All payments must be made within 2 business days of auction end date. Failure to pay in full within 2 business days may result in your rights to purchase inventory being forfeited and your B-Stock account status affected.
You can combine multiple orders into one wire transfer payment. This option is not available through ACH. You must include each unique order number in the wire transfer notes section.
us sales tax
US sales tax is not added to the USD order total. Sales tax is collected by the winning buyer at the time of resale.
GST/HST
GST/HST tax is calculated for orders placed in Canadian Dollars and added to the order total. If the currency is USD and both the buyer and seller are located in Canada, GST/HST tax will be calculated and added to the order total.
vat
You must pay VAT on all orders placed within Eurozone countries and the UK. The amount will be calculated and added to your order total.
Each listing will display any applicable additional costs directly below the Bid/Buy Now button, including B-Stock fees. This fee helps cover the costs of operating the marketplace and is calculated based on transaction size. This amount will be added to the final winning bid/total.
