bitcoind – Payment withdrawal request

I made a withdrawal request, but only Bitcoin is accepted. I have no knowledge of Bitcoin and I don’t know how to use it. Anyway, I installed the app and entered the recipient address as the payment method, but now there is no trace and no updates. Is this a scam? There is no option in the app, what should I do and where can I contact support?
