Litecoin – LTC funds cannot be accessed using private keys

I recently exported my private keys from my Binance Web 3 wallet. Private key Hex (64 characters).

The problem is that when I convert it to a WIF key and try to access my LTC funds using that key, a new wallet appears rather than the one containing the funds.

For further explanation, I used https://secretscan.org/Bech32.php?id=LTC&coin=ltc and entered the private key hex. This will show you the physical address where your funds are located.

But if you provide a key here https://secretscan.org/PrivateKeyWif.php?symbol=LTC&prefix=B0 it will be converted to a WIF key and if you use that key you will get another LTC address without any LTC. appear.
